Preparation process
Buns:
- 
Warm up the milk. 
- 
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the yeast. Add salt and warm milk. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. 
- 
Cover the dough and place it in the oven at 30°C to rise for 1 hour. 
- 
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shape into rolls, and let rise covered for another 10 minutes. 
- 
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C with added steam (or place a cup of water in the oven). 
Filling:
- 
Slice the zucchini thinly and sauté them in olive oil. 
- 
Chop the basil and mix it with the zucchini. 
- 
Crumble the goat cheese and mix it with sour cream, pepper, and chopped chives. 
- 
Cut the rolls in half and fill them as desired.
