When you're craving something simple, protein-packed, and summer-fresh, this casserole is the answer!

Preparation process

Grate the zucchinis, sprinkle with salt, and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess moisture thoroughly. 
- 
Grate the Slim&Fit chicken breast and the cheese. 
- 
In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chicken, cheese, eggs, spices, and flour. 
- 
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approx. 20x30 cm) and bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 35–40 minutes, until nicely golden on top. 
- 
Let it cool, slice, and store – it keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days.
